Our tour leaders are trained professionists in the touristic field and they can assure you the best travel experience on the most stunning routes . They guide you in your e-bike itinerary and in the territory.

During your tour, our team will take care and pick up your luggage and your personal belongings from one accomodation to another one.




What shall I do with my electronical devices or other personal valuable objects when I am on a tour ?

Will be other people travelling with me in the same Tour?


If you are travelling with the SELF GUIDED option, you will not be included in a group. If you are travelling with a group, you will share the travel experience with other people of your travel tour.




How do I know if there are a small group of friends or relatives that are travelling together in my classic trip?


Due to Italian privacy policy, we can not give this kind of information to our guests. In any case it could happen, that during your experience you will meet other guests that are making the same Tour as you.




If I travel by myself, will I have to share the room with someone else or may I have a private room?


If You are travelling alone, You will have all the privacy of a confortable room in one of the selected accomodations of our hospitality network.




Do I have to bring my bike?


All our tour are set with our exclusive E-Bikes, that includes an android navigator that allows you to follow our itineraries.However, we understand, that due to specific reason you could prefer to use your own bike, so we can offer you a quotation for the transport.

Does Palladian Routes offer a travel protection plan?


We highly recommend a travel insurance but we don't provide this service for not Italian citizens. If you need any suggestion, please contact us at: info@palladianroutes.com




How do I reach the airport at the end of the tour?


All our Villae and Superior tours include transfer service from and to these airports: Venice, Treviso, Verona, Bergamo. The airport transfer service is on request for our Countryside and Family tours.




What are the standard accomodations in the Palladian Routes packages?


Our accomodations standards change with the tour style. Our countryside tours provide accomodation in small and rural hotels and B&B. Our Villae tours provide accomodation in historic houses and villas while our superior tours accomodation is provided in exclusive luxury villas and hotels.




What is the difference between Countryside, Villae and Family?


Each tour has a specific Travel Style and is selected according to your needs and requests. The difference between the tour style are based on the provided accomodations. Our countryside tours provide accomodation in small and rural hotels and B&B. Our Villae tour provide accomodation in historic houses and villas while our Superior tours accomodation is porvide in exclusive luxury villas and hotels.




What does it mean "centre based tour"?


A centre based tour is a home-from-home style. This travel style offers you the possibility to explore the surrounding lands every day and loop back home afterwards. If you do not wish to cycle, you can always relax at your hotel, enjoy other activities or take advantage of some of the optional services Palladian Routes has delivered for you. It lasts from 3 to 5 days.




What distances do you make daily during your tours?


Palladian Routes embraces the Slow Travel philosophy and focuses on exploration with E-bikes. Our programme also caters for non-cyclists. The daily distance you can make depends on the type of Tours you have chosen: Leisure: average 40 Km a day; Moderate: average 50/60 Km a day; Challenging: average 80 km a day.

In what days are you open and what are your office hours?

Can I make a tour with my bike?


Yes, you can! We will provide all details about the itineraries you can explore. Kindly note that it is included for our e-bike in our travel package assurance. Is that possible to know the age and gender of the other travellers that booked my trip?

Do adults have the choice to go by bike or walking according to their personal wish and sometimes to take personal options?

What kind of clothes are suggested for travelling?


We suggest comfortable or cycling clothes.




What tip shall I pay to the guide?


The guide is included in your Tour and no tip is requested.




Is It requested any particular physical condition for you tours?


Our cycling tour are created for all travellers. E-bikes will enable any rider to cover long distance without the slightest apprehension and any physical effort.




May I bring dogs with me?


We have specific hanger equipment for dogs with a maximum weight of 30kg.




Do you have a luggage storage?


Usallualy the the accomodation strucutres provide a luggage storage. Palladian Routes will take care of your luggage from hotel to hotel, while you are enjoying your itinerant tour.




Do you give any assistance in case of a mechanical problem?


Of course, we provide assistance 7/7 from 8 am to 8 pm. For any problem, contact us at our emergency number.

Do you arrange guided tour?

Is there any insurance for stolen items?


We cannot ensure International guests. We therefore strongly recommend our guests to personally purchase an insurance package among the several options on the market.




What does happen if it rains?

What do you offer as a insurance?

What physical conditions is requested?


Our E-bike are suitable to every rider because of the assisted pedaling that enable to cover greater distances, explore further afield and tackle climbs without the slightest apprehension.




Do you sell your bikes at the end of the season?


At the moment we don't sell E-bikes.




What are the opening hours of Palladian Routes Office?


We are open from the 1st April to the 31st of October.

Yes, usually we book single room for single traveller. If you prefer a double room we will be glad to satisfy your request, according to avaibility.




If I travell by myself and I wish to share the room, will you maybe help me to find a mate?

What is the additional charge for single room?

A mountain e-bike battery duration depends on many factors. Our batteries are made of lithium iones, so they have a lasting power superior to the piombo ones. The lasting power depends on the route's gradient, on the rider weight and on the assistance level you will set.




Shall I have to cycle?


All the tours we offer are design to be an E-bike experience. If you don't like cycling, don't worry, we could find for you an alternative tour. For special requests you can write us at: info@palladianroutes.com




Is it compulsory the bike helmet?


It is not compulsory but we higly recommend It for your safety.




What is included in your reparation kit?


In the reparation kit we provide all necessary tools for a fastg and easy repair of the e-bike. In case of a bigger damage kindly contact our e-bike service to support you or to arrange the pick up.




Is it dangerous to go by e-bike? I am afraid of speedness.


There is no danger: they are mountain bike with pedal assistance thanks to an electrical engine. It is up to you to choose your speedness, according to your legs' fastness. If you do not ride, you will not move.




What does it happen If I found myself without battery?


Our e-bike have a Yamaha engine that allows you to cycle without using the battery. It will be a little bit more tiring but you can do it! you will receive in any case information from us about recharging places along the tour.




May I return the bike in another place?


Yes, you can return the bike in one of our 12 Hubs. To find out where the hubs are, please check our website.




Are bikes provided with a locker?


Our E-bikes are rent with sturdy locks.




Where can I park my bike during the night? May I bring the bike to you for the night?


During the night you can safety park your e-bike at your accomodation.




Is the bike helmet in Italy compulsory?


In Italy the bike helmet is not compulsory but, we higly recommend to use it for your safety.




Do you rent alternative battery for e-Bike?


At the moment we don't provide alternative battery. If you have any problem with the bike, contact us.




Do you rent other bikes type?

Our exclusive navigation system will lead you on your E-bike routes. Every E-bike has on
handlebars an Android Smartphone pre-loaded with made by Palladian Routes app with navigation system and GPX tracks. You will select the path and go, leaded by the app.

We kindly ask you to provide your id cards and booking confirmation.




What happen if I damage an e-bike?


Each participant will receive a bicycle with a padlock. The traveller will be obliged to use and keep this bicycle carefully for the duration of the holiday, in order to return it free of damage and in the same condition in which he received the bike.In the event of theft (regardless of the closure or not of the lock) or irreparable damage, the traveller will be required to payto the organizer the full cost of the bicycle.




What happen if the e-bike is stolen?


In the event of theft (regardless of the closure or not of the lock) or irreparable damage, the traveller will be required to pay the organizer the full cost of the bicycle. The rent of a new bike (including the special trasportation) for the rest of the holiday will be fully paid by the traveller. Compensation is also required in the event of theft or damage of the supplied accessories.




May I return the bike in another place?


You can return the bike at the last destination of your journey or in a rental station according to your tour style.
